Going to university
If you decide to go to university, we can support you along the way. We can help you with things like tuition fees and maintenance loans, travel costs at the start and end of term, and making sure you have somewhere to live during the holidays. We will also help you choose a course and university that suits your interests, strengths and future goals.
We can support you by:
- Paying a £2,000 bursary each year for up to 3 years
- Helping you apply for any extra bursaries you might be able to get
- Offering incentive payments in some situations
- Providing a rail warrant so you can travel to and from university during term time
- Helping with transport for you and your belongings at the start and end of term
- Making sure you have somewhere safe to stay during university holidays, or funding to help you make your own arrangements
You do not have to manage university on your own. We are here to help you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
