- Become – Care and advice line for Care Leavers, phone 0800 023 2033.
- Princes Trust – run a 12-week course to help build confidence for 16 to 25 year olds. They also help with grants for education and employment, and other things.
- The Rees Foundation – Support for Care Leavers.
- The Mix – Essential crisis support for under 25s, phone 0808 808 4994.
- IMO Hub– An online support network where you can write, speak and share experiences and life hacks.
