Keeping you and others safe

We will always do our best to support you and help you stay safe. Keeping children and young people safe is everyone’s responsibility.

If you are worried about someone else

If you are worried about a child or young person and think they may be in danger:

  • Phone the police on 999 if it is an emergency
  • Or contact Customer Services on 0300 123 2224

If you are worried about your own safety

If you are worried about your own safety, or if you are in an emergency situation:

  • Phone 999 if you are in immediate danger
  • If it is urgent but not an emergency, you can phone NHS 111
